Supposedly found in Alabama, a giant skeleton called "Hydrarchos" was displayed in the Apollo Saloon by Albert Koch, its "discoverer". People could look at the giant "sea serpent" for 25 cents. Unfortunately, Hydrarchos was proven to be a hoax made by combining prehistoric whale skeletons.
The Hydrarchos looked like a massive sea serpent. It was 114 feet long, without flippers or fins. It had a long, crocodile-like head.
